Location / Date: Outside of Kopparberg, Västmanland, Sweden / 2019-September

Optics: Orion Optics UK AG12

Mount: 10 Micron GM1000 HPS (Unguided)

Camera: Atik One 6.0 with Astrodon 1,25" RGB Gen 2 E-Series and 5nm H-Alpha narrowband filters

Exposure:

Ha:71 x 300s bin1x1,

R:10 x 150s bin2x2,

G:8 x 150s bin2x2,

B:24 x 150s bin2x2

(cumulative exposure time is 7 hours and 40 minutes)

Image details:

The IC 1795 also cataloged as NGC 896 is a star forming region in the northern constellation Cassiopeia. It is next to IC 1805, the Heart Nebula.
IC 1795 is located just over 6,000 light-years away, the larger star forming complex sprawls along the Perseus spiral arm of our Milky Way Galaxy.
